When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the Avaritia Mod is installed. Place the mod you have just Avaritia Mod downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder. Open the folder Application Support > look for Minecraft. On mac open finder, hold down ALT > click Go then Library in the top menu bar. 
On windows open Run from the start menu > type %appdata% > click Run. Locate the Minecraft application folder. You have already installed Minecraft Forge. If you think this is the mod for you, then you should install Avaritia in the game! Prior to the installation, you must finish installing Minecraft Forge first. All the stars, elementals, as well as foods from outer space, will help you achieve it all. Not only that, but you also need some other crafting tables that allow you to create special materials. TBH Im new to doing mods on minecraft and I m absolutely confused. I got NEI from a website called CurseForge. Maybe you could post a link to a pastebin of your logs from trying to launch that one. 
On the other hand, the 1.7.10 download from CurseForge doesn't list it as a required library, so there might be something different happening there. I'm not familiar with Blood Magic, but newer builds seem to require a mod called "Guide-API". Similarly, Tinkers' Construct requires a library called "Mantle". the latest build of NEI for Minecraft 1.7.10 is 1.0.5.120-universal. if you'd downloaded it from the official page ( - check below where it says "Old Post") you might have already known about that, and 2. I'm a little concerned about where you might have downloaded NEI from, because 1. Not Enough Items requires another mod to be installed as well, called CodeChickenCore.
